Savory, intense white!
Alexander and Maria Koppitsch began making wines in 2011 following biodynamic practices in the vineyards. They make wines naturally, with as little intervention as possible -- this bottling has no added sulfites. The skins are in contact with the wine for several hours, making for a unique, darker-colored white. This blend of Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon is bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is quite savory, deep and has a bigger mouthfeel. Truly special and intense!
