We've carried a few great natural reds from this Gaillac producer in the south of France. So, we're very excited to bring on board this newest project. It is made from the regional Duras grape. Unlike their Estate bottlings, however, this unfined and unfiltered bottling undergoes carbonic maceration in barrel; this method (most famously used in Beaujolais) adds oxygen to the wine during fermentation. The result is a brighter, fresher, light-bodied and GULPABLE red! A perfect lighter red to bring on the change of seasons!
