Everything about this Aperitif is unique! It is a Corsican specialty dating back to 1872. They start with local wine and steep it with Cedrat (a type of citrus) and cinchona bark. Since it is wine based, it is recommended that you enjoy it within a few weeks of opening, but at only 17% alcohol, we don't think you will have a problem finishing it.
