- The Alberto Longo winery is located on an 1800s farm in Puglia. The historic charm of the surroundings and farmhouse hide the fact that everything has been modernized with the latest in winemaking technology. This 100% Negroamaro goes through temperature controlled fermentation on its lees in stainless steel through the month of November. It spends the following 6 to 8 months in cement before bottling. The result is deep garnet wine with intense aromas of berries. On the palate, the berries continue in a medium bodied profile bolstered by fine yet firm tannins. Delicious and versatile, Negroamaro deserves a spot on your table.
