From a beautiful and very historic region of Alsace comes this Pinot Blanc. Vines have been growing in the area since at least 1259! Albert Mann comes from a family producing wine in this area since around 1700, so even though they've gone to fully biodynamic practices now it is with a familiarity of the region you can't replicate. This Pinot Blanc is fresh and dry, with white fleshed fruit on the nose and palate, balanced with acidity and a persistent finish. This pairs well with just about any food you would consider with a white wine.
